Wallmantra - Product is not as per details and also not fitting

This product we ordered was quite big. We tried to adjust it but the behind stand where we hang the clock is not proper and the clock always remains crooked. Even the material is very bad, as per the price and also the finishing is not that great where it suits a proper house to which interiors is done. I am trying to contact their customer support and also raised a ticket but to no luck. Order id: WM*******
