Purchased a centre table last week on Saturday */*/**** on WallMantra online website and then realised it was larger in dimension than could be fitted...so immediately contacted customer service in different channels - phone, WhatsApp, e-mail to cancel the order and process refund...They said they will process refund in *-** days , now it is more than ** days no refund received! And for last *-* days they have stopped responding to my email inquiries.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
