Wallmantra - Item not delivered and no response from vendor

I ordered a wall clock worth **** on sep **th ****, which said will be delivered in *-** business days. I received the booking confirmation and I have paid it via UPI in full, till date product has not been delivered I have tried calling them, whatsapp so many times, dropped email but the only response I get from whatsapp is we are facing technical glitches and our customer representative will get in touch with you but that has never happened.
