I ordered ikonic curler from nykaa it was delivered ** july **** . It was cod and it's was not written anywhere that it is open box dilivery so paid and took my parcel . Later when I opened there where only gift items and my product was missing. I contacted nykaa but they said they have investigated and product was dispatched but I didn't get my product. It is so exhausting to not know where to go for help to know where my product is .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
