I purchased an new mobile on ** April.
I found few bugs in device which is not acceptable. Battery charging issu And display problem.
Then i requested to replacement. But due to produxt was not available they reject it. And convert my complaint into refund.
But in the process hierarchy technician visit was conducted as fake formality. Technician said we cant check thet things so from technician site product has no isssue.
Then my complaint got rejected.
Then i reopen my case on * may **** but this time agian they conduct technician visit. But their is no role of technicial visit in my case.
So they will agian reject my request.
I got disappointed and hopeless.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
