I purchased a Realme Techlife washing machine inbuilt heater **kg top load fully automatic on **th July i get it on **th July and installation person came to install the product on **th July but that day no power available due to our fastival Moharram. On **th July morning I start the machine to wash the cloth during that I fell that machine is not doing work properly same day in night time I talk with Flipkart customer care and raise return request for this issue he assure me that frst we go for exchange the product if same issue you face then we will return the product and we give ur money back. **st July Flipkart schedule for technician visit technician come on same day **st July after check and they also confirmed that product is really defective after that *th August I got msg from Flipkart senior executive Abhilasha Saini that seller is ready to return the product plz confirm the address wat she maintain below then after I called Flipkart executive and i confirmed my address from that day to till now they are harrassing me and still product they not picking up when ever I tried to connect with executive they only saying that u have to wait for ** to ** hours after completing the ** hours again I try to coordinate with them again they give me same time please help me
