Flipkart - Product delivery delay for an unknown time period

Hello sir/mam,

I have a major issue related to my product delivery. I have ordered a product(boAt Rockerz *** Pro+ ) which has an expected delivery date of August **th, but it has been * days since the product has not been delivered yet. When I called the delivery executive on August **th, as the product was out for delivery, he said that he had forgotten the packet in the office and he would try to deliver it the next day, but then I raised a complaint to the customer executive, and he has given an expected time to resolve the problem. However, they are only extending the time. I have talked to ** customer executives but no action has been taken regarding this. I work in an IT office and this causes mental disturbance. I can't bear this anymore.
