Ordered POCO X* *G phone which is delivered on date **th April ****. Theres no physical damage in phone, but all the pictures and video looks blurry on this phone, camera quality is very poor looks like *MP when they have claimed ** and ** MP. Also there is a hug lag in incoming and outgoing calls while displaying caller name. So there are multiple defects in product. I raised Replacement request, flipkart sent technician and I have given demo of all issues to him and he confirmed issue is there. But still Flipkart rejected my replacement request. Please help me with this matter, I lost my hard earned money to Flipkart and seller named Truenet Commerce.
