I am writeing this concern because i placed an order **th April & i was promised that my product will be deliver by monday on **th april & i received the text confirmation regarding this.
Now my order delivery date changed without any information.When i contacted the Amazon chat support team & advisor was rude on me & i have been advised nothing can be done if the order delivery date changed.So at the end Amazon traind their advisor this way.
I also share my review on social network & also send several mails however they are unable to resolve my query.I already made the payment Rs.**** & before make the payment delivery time was monday **th April, now once payment have been done Amazon changing the deliver date & making fool thier customer.
Please look in to this concern , take a action regarding this query.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
