I purchased an apple iPhone ** recently, the phone camera has a fault and it is completely useless. there are visible spots and flares and it is just a waste of my hard earned money because I gave it to the apple service centre too, they agreed there is an issue and sent it to their head office in Bangalore, I was without a phone for more than ten days, the phone came back and all my data was wiped out. With much disappointment they did nothing to the phone. it still has the same issue.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
