Purchased "babyhug happy hippo tricycle with canopy" tricycle for my daughter's *th birthday. With very low usage by my daughter, tricycle's handle got broken down from main frame even though my daughter is just ** Kgs in weight. I filed complaint with customer support but no one responded to it. I want either the product to be replaced with any other better product or refund my money. I posted my experience in the product review column also which never appeared on website.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
