Qnet India Vihaan Direct Selling Pvt Ltd - product amount refund

My IR Id is IN******. It is disappointing to say that qnet and the uplines are cheating people with fake words & commitments about business. I am among the one who is cheated by my upline. He told this is an e-commerce company and multinational company "he said hum single banner per kam nahi karte hmara *** countries me network hai etc fake word. After that create full confidence & join the company & paid ****** in my upline account. Our upline purchase product was watch & Thailand tour package. It's cost *.** in which **k (golmal). I asked my upline but no reply received. I got this product after * month of the purchase when I could not raise the refund. My upline wasted the time and money without informing me the product purchased in time and ended the discussion that they can't help anymore in this matter and I have to pay the loan taken against this product.
Request you raise the refund of my money. Also already send mail on support centre but no any response only received mail "* months passed" not possible for a refund. If this is not possible, I am going to send this message to Hyderabad police & loge the complaint crime cell, my lawyer and media. I will file a complaint on this matter.
