This is regarding the home loan processing fee refund. My loan a/c number is *********. When I requested for the balance transfer to HDFC. Got an offer in an e-mail stating that the processing fees will be adjusted in the first month EMI. But the Koramangala hdfc branch is telling that they can't waive off processing fees.
Regarding the same, I tried reaching Bagabath Malik, Ramavatar but no one ready to help in this matter. They don't even ready to answer the call. I initiated a grievance request in portal also but did not get any response. Finally, I am reaching out to you for help.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
