Hdfc Limited - Mortgaged Property Paper misplaced from HDFC Ltd

Hi Sir,
My Name is Ravi Kant Sharma, was having loan from HDFC Ltd ( Home loan file no. *********). I have paid all the dues and now waiting for my property paper since April' ****.

I have been chasing up for this since last May'** but no one is giving me a proper answer that when can I get it. I have been following through email and calls as i am based out in Bangalore rightnow, got to know that my property paper is missing & they are unable to trace it. I am shocked to know that the reputed Bank like HDFC can misplace the mortgaged paper.
I need your help in getting my Paper back as early as possible.
