Hdfc Limited - Personal Policy merged with home loan without informing us Request for help Job loss

Dear Sir/Mam,
This is Kishor Rathod from Pune. I would like to thank you to RBI bank because RBI has supported us in pandemic situation announced by moratorium circular
However, now We need your help to resolve below issue. Because HDFC Ltd has not supporting us, and we accept RBI can help us to track out this critical situation.
We have taken home loan from HDFC Ltd. Rs. **,**,***/- (Loan Account no. *********) in the year **** and we have paid regular EMI till Pandemic. After that my all-family member got infected by COVID in first wave. And in that time , I have spent nearby * lack for hospitalization. And in second wave my mother has passed away.
Still, we were trying to stand up from this situation but suddenly I have lost my job due to COVID. And because of this my financial situation got disturbed.
Then, as per RBI circular, we have applied for two years moratorium to HDFC Ltd. But we have got one year moratorium because they said now,” take one year moratorium now and then we will extend.”
We got call from HDFC ltd wellbeing call from their call center for extension moratorium in Aug’** and we have applied as per received instruction but unfortunately, they have rejected our moratorium request for extension and now pressurized us to pay EMI from last three months.
Now, I am jobless and do not have any other source of income except my wife salary. So We were plan to run our tourist vehicle which we have just purchased before pandemic to get some income. But unfortunately, this plan got failed due to pandemic and car standing idle.
Now we are planning to attach this car to MNC company as we got offer from them but due to pandemic from last three year, we were unable to pay Car Taxes as per tourists vehicle rules and the amount is around Rs. *****/- for three years (RTO Tax +Insurance + Professional Tax + Passing + etc).
We have panned to pay these taxes from surrending our HDFC Life insurance personal policy (Policy no. ********, Surrender amount is Rs. *****/- as on date) and pay the taxes and attached our car with MNC company so that we can get some amount for our regular household expenses.
But now HDFC Ltd has not supporting us, and they have held our personal policy without informing us and when we have asked them the reason then they are shouldering this issue.
This is my personal policy and I do not understand how they can hold this policy and not allowing me to surrender.
When I have asked them for policy then they have taken self-declaration from us for NOC for withdrawing our policy amount. but they have made fraud in provided NOC. they have mentioned “cheque should be issued in the favor of HDFC Ltd.” So, we have confirmed at HDFC Life insurance office about this NOC with other policy holders who has applied for same case. but they have got NOC in favor of their respective policy holder name.

We request to you, please consider above and help us to get moratorium for one year and help us to get our policy amount in favor of my name so we can run our idle tourist vehicle.

We are not declined to pay EMI but now really my financial situation is so critical. I am trying to search good job to come on financial track. So please support us.
