Brahma Raju filed complaint against Airtel on Oct 4, 2018
Dear Sir/Madam,
It is to inform you that on ** st August, **** I had recharged (Mobile No. **********) for Rs ***. I intended to use international roaming for * day. I did not use a single a service for the money that I paid on this number.
It was very inconvenient and even I suffered a lot for not able to make or receive international calls. On top of it, without providing any service airtel is retaining my money (*** Rs) and is not willing to refund the money.
Since I did not get any service, I gave number of complaints to airtel. In this regard, although airtel AP nodal office personnel called me to attend the complaints, they could not provide me any satisfactory solution for the issue.
I did not understand without giving any service how airtel can retain my money?
I am wondering this type of problem happened to me or even to all people who opted international roaming. If that is the case, it may be a cheating.
Any solution for this problem is highly appreciated.
