I have a kent Ro installed in my house. It was serviced a few months back and all the parts were changed for the cost of ****. Just after a few months, we called them for service and they said that all the parts have worn out and need to be changed again. We agreed because the water condition was bad. Now the water condition is still poor and the Ro is leaking. We called the customer care and they just tell us that complaint is registered but no action is being taken since ** days.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
