PayTM - Problem in Promocode using

Dear Sir,

We purchase so may product from paytm Mall and get the different promocodes but we could not use these promocode. Several times we talk on your customer care but did not get any solution. He demand the screen shot. We already given them but problem are still right now. He give us a referance no *********.

We are suffring since ** days for this issue. Each and every time someone given the new refence no. but did not given the solution.

Kindly resolved the issue earlist possible becasue last date of somay promocode near to end.

If you could not provide the solution then we request to stop the promote of these type of schemes.
