Pristyn care - Pristyn Care Liquiloan Pristyn Care Fraud

I am filing this complaint against Pristyn Care and its financing partner LiquiLoans for misleading information, unethical practices, and financial fraud.
I was initially informed by the Pristyn Care team that my surgery would be handled on a cashless basis through insurance. Based on this assurance, I agreed to proceed with the treatment and completed all required documentation.
However, at the time of admission / during the process, I was informed that the treatment would instead be processed on a reimbursement basis. I was further told that Pristyn Care would manage everything and I would not have to bear any financial burden upfront.
After the surgery, I discovered that a loan had been processed in my name through LiquiLoans without clear and transparent communication. I was not properly informed that I was being enrolled into a loan agreement. This crucial information was either hidden or misrepresented.
Now, I am being asked to repay the loan amount, which has caused significant financial stress and mental harassment. I feel cheated and misled, as I would not have agreed to the procedure had I been clearly informed about the loan and reimbursement structure.
This pattern appears similar to multiple complaints from other consumers, indicating a systematic issue of mis-selling and unethical conduct.
