Pristyn care - Misguidance and Fraud

Pristyn care team approached me for surgery.. initially I have shared all the details with my adhar card, that I have with them and they told me that they will take care of all the things.
I specifically asked what payment I should be doing but they told everything is covered in my insurance and I don't pay any extra apart from ****rs that I need to initially which is not covered in my insurance.
Later on when I had my surgery done and on the day of discharge when I waiting to get discharged I get to know then suddenly I got to know that I need to pay approx ***** rs as my insurance is not paying that amount.
So they asked to pay that amount on which I retaliate and said no one told me that this can they have clearly told me that I need to pay only **** rs.
Then they said that insurance has double crossed me as they have approved the surgery amount initially and later on rejecting the claim.
I told they many that you guys filling my insurance and doing suddenly you are asking me for this huge payment and they simply said that you can convert it into EMI.
After I refused to pay they agreed to reshare the bill with my insurance company so that the compensation could be less.

In this I was stuck in the hospital and was not discharged. I was they till **:** pm without any help from the pristyn.. after * :** pm I was in hospital and they don't even pick my phone and left me hanging without any help or consultation. I was there confused wether I can stay in hospital or not and without any food or medicine. It was quite traumatising experience for me.
Luckily there was one girl from their team who was actually concerned and show little bit empathy towards me. She helped and connected me with one of their seniors where they asked me to pay ***** rs in order to get discharged.
And I was forced to pay that amount as I don't want stuck in the hospital for other night.

Can you guys really help me for this.
