The agoda website displayed a price in my budget for approximately **** and for the number of days I selected and they gave an option of price freeze for which I had to pay INR ****. So the balance I need to pay would be approximately **** which I calculate. Now when after their price freeze , I go to book the same hotel it shows I need to pay around ***** which is just stupid and not in my budget. They misquoted something else and when we go to pay they show something else and wouldn’t refund my money. I want my refund from them.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
