Amazon India - Prepaid Package not delivered

I ordered * no of Miraan printed cotton salwar suit on Amazon app. It showed delivered on the app on *rd July but it is undelivered. Me and my family were out of station due to a medical emergency but when we returned the package was nowhere to be found. The delivery agents had not contacted us as well. We confirmed with all neighbours and security but it is missing. When I contacted Amazon customer service today (**th June) they're saying they won't even able to escalate the issue because the return period of the product is over. Along with monetary loss of *** rupees it has also cause us great distress. Order ID is *****************
