Complaint Title:
Prepaid Orders Not Delivered, One Order Missing From History, COD Order Undelivered – Refund & Compensation Requested
Complaint Description:
I placed three orders on the Zivame app — two prepaid and one Cash on Delivery (COD). None of these orders were delivered, despite the app repeatedly showing “your order will be delivered tomorrow
/ next day tomorrow.” Below are the order-wise details:

- Order Date: ** November ****
- Amount: Rs. ***/- (Prepaid)
- This order kept showing delayed delivery (“tomorrow / next day tomorrow”) until * December.
- After several days of delays, the order disappeared completely from my Order History in the Zivame app.
- No delivery or refund has been issued.
- I have screenshots of this as proof.

- Amount: Rs. ***/- (Prepaid)
- Tracking No.: ************
- Still visible in my order history, but always shows “will be delivered tomorrow / day after tomorrow,” yet it has never been delivered.
- When tracked on Delhivery, it shows “Package not found or has been archived.”
- I have screenshots for the delivery status and tracking issue.

- App shows “Shipped on ** November, * PM” and promised delivery by * December, but the order was never delivered.
- Delivery date keeps shifting with no actual movement.
Attempts to Contact Zivame:
I have tried multiple times to contact Zivame regarding all three orders:
- I reached out via Twitter / X and have screenshots.
- I also made customer care calls, but I do not have the call logs.
- Despite these attempts, Zivame did not resolve the issue.
Issues Faced:
- Repeated false delivery dates
- Prepaid orders not delivered
- Order * missing from order history
- Tracking numbers showing “archived” or not found
- No delivery, no refund, no transparent updates
- Harassment, mental stress, and negligence from the company
What I Am Requesting:
*. Full refund of my prepaid amounts:

*. Compensation for harassment, repeated delays, misinformation, and loss of time.
I have all screenshots available to support my complaint.
