Airtel - Postpaid payment issue

I paid the bill amount on **th Feb and my due date is **th Feb, I paid within the time. But the amount was not updated in my account. I raised a complaint against that issue but still, they did not resolve, but they disconnected my outgoing calls for * times while the complaint status is at open, and treated me as an unpaid customer, airtel suffers me from **th Feb onwards to still as an unpaid customer.
