Debabrata Dash filed complaint against Airtel on Oct 10, 2019
I had asked to add two numbers to airtel family plan. For which they said they would change my number to a new system.
But they deactivated my esim which I was using and issued the same sim to another guy called Amit Kumar.
Now he was receiving all my calls and SMS while I had no access to the number. Only after ** hours, they are able to get my sim activated again. Now I do not know what financial transactions or criminal offenses were done with my number.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
