Given request to jio company to port my number from airtel company.As my work is suffering due to network problem.While asking for request I paid *** _*** extra amount so that airtel will not reject my request due to payment.Jio sent me msg that till **nd of Oct my jio will be activated..I was so relaxed nd waiting..But on **st of Oct I received msg that airtel has rejected request due to payment due.When I called customer care executive told me u have *** extra amt that will be adjusted your next bill.When I ask for rejection reason he told me due to technical prob..Again my * days will be spoiled to wait for that particular portability.Just because of network error I am suffering a lot on my job..I am unable to attend important calls..Who will be responsible for that nd whose fault of this to harras a customer who is in very old realtionship with airtel..
