I've requested to port my Aircel number to vodafone on **th april **** at vodafone mini store ( Vasundhara enclave - delhi -******) advisor name(Amit) took Rs.*** as a security amount for porting. However, there were no charges for porting. also he asked me that number can only be ported in postpaid and not prepaid. which later vodafone said it will be migrated in prepaid, for which they senr message to me.
So today is **th and still the number not migrated to prepaid. They are fooling the customers and not being transparent about the information they share with customers
