Dell inspiron 3511 - Poor service

I bought the laptop on October **** and on December * it stopped working I complaint about this to dell they send an Engineer and he said that my display will replace then dell said to me that in next *-* days it will be repaired and after ** days it is still in backlog everyday they said to me that the part in backlog on **th December they said the part is delivered to the Engineer and he will contact me but he didn't so I again asked the dell and they again said that the part in backlog they are not resolving my issue I request them to replace but they also refuse that I am an student and my **% study depends on the laptop and last ** days are totally wasted I just want that they replaced their laptop or give me a fast service please help me.
