I purchaced a laptop for my official work,but within * months there were lots of problems in it, so i connected with dell and they directly replaced some parts within * months. again there were lots of issues but I couldn't get time to contact them.but after few days the laptop directly was responding and when I told them they directly asking to restore the windows and Operating System.My all data will loss.why would i go for this kind of laptop which giving to lots of trouble.? Now they stood over to restore windows and OS. but what i happened again.?Why whould i trust dell.?
