I purchased a laptop (Dell Inspiron ****) on October **rd from a Dell exclusive store and there is a manufacturing default on it. On November *, ****, I filed a complaint about it.Then an engineer from Dell's company side came and sealed the laptop on November *rd, ****. My laptop is in for a whole unit replacement. Till December *th, there was no call or mail from Dell's side about my product. On the *th of December, I got an e-mail in which they asked about my pickup address, but till now, pickup has not happened. I also haven't received a response to my email.I don't know when this procedure is going to end and I will get my laptop. I purchased this laptop for my exams, but now my exams are over and I haven't received my laptop yet. I gave my exams on my phone, and it's difficult to give exams on a phone. After spending a huge amount (₹*****), the purpose of the laptop was not fulfilled. It feels pathetic. I constantly make calls to Dell's customer care, but I don't get satisfactory answers from their side. I'm tired of having to make calls over and over again.My case number is *********. Please help me to solve my issue as soon as possible.
