I had taken international package of Rs ***/- (* days) on **.**.** on my Vodafone no ********** while travelling to USA from **.**.**. However after coming to USA I found that neither I can make calls nor I receive calls from India. Immediately I contacted VI helpline number (**********) several times to raise the issue. Only once I could be able to got activated the facility and could made one call. However thereafter even after complaining several time to VI Helpline (Out of which plenty of calls went blank) my problem could not be resolved. I tried chatting through Whatsapp no (*********) and was assured to restore International roaming facility even though my * days period was getting over. However this time too it failed and instead they informed me to extend the period again by paying which I refused. Thus I received msg that "Really sorry" for not resolving problem
I therefore request you to refund my amount at the earliest for the International roaming facility could not not be provided by you
