I had ordered * Iphones worth Rs.****** and I subscribed as a prime member so that it can be delivered within a day. But without my notice it got returned and the refund processing will take *-* days as per policy. My Friend for whom I brought is going back to UK inbetween and wont be able to receive the phone.
The customer care is providing me *** rs for this inconvenience and not providing any help or compensation for the loss.
I am really frustrated, So please take any action asap.
