I bought earphone few months back and not its not starting and they are not replacing it by saying there is physical damage but there is nothing like any electronic damaged on the cable its just a small cut on the outer cover not on the wire still they refused i bought it for almost *k not for this day
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
