I am an existing customer of Excitel and using their broadband for last ** months with multiple issues, I was enrolled to a * months plan which was expired in Aug month. Then company told me they are switching to Fibre line and in future there will be no issues and assured me everything will be fine. I paid **** and again enrolled for * months plan and paid **** extra. Till date its been ** days and my connection is not upgraded where as company deadline was to install in **-** days. I am calling them continues like a poor beggar but no listening they always told I will be informed. The reason for this complaint to make them aware and their management as how poor services they are providing. Please help as I want to get rid of this headache. Plz help.
