order no. ss************. i have ordered a saree from the shopkio site. it is of very poor quality same has been couriered to company on very next day. company is not ready to refund the amount of Rs. ****/- to my account . and also levying many charges on us for deduction.
Kindly look into this matter on priority basis.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
