I purchased two air flex eyeglasses from you having order no. #**********, PID- ****** dated:- ** April **** and the second one having order no.#**********, PID- ******, dated:- ** April ****. Now, the temples of both the frames have broken. I'm really getting tired of your service. You always make us fool. This is the *rd time when I have been cheated by you. I believed you * times but you always deceived me by providing poor quality of glasses & frames. You have two option either to provide new frames or refund my money otherwise this time I do need to go to court against the #fraudery you did to me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
