I have ordered food using the Swiggy application, and when I received the parcel, what I found was pure horror. The food looked/ smelled stale. It was so oily. The dish isn't prepared accordingly, like they made something else. Essential ingredients were missing. Packaging was poor.
After all this, I took help from Swiggy support. They were really pathetic. They just keep saying we will take care in future.
No help was provided from their end.
I lost my money, time and mental piece. Like how can be they so pathetic?
They have forgotten that with food, they also defeat hunger and serve happiness.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
