NO BROKER PACKERS AND MOVERS - Poor packers and movers Charged high but provided semiservice

Actually, I booked on **/**/**** for shifting services from BHEL, Old MIG, Hyderabad to Bonsai Arbour, Tellapur, Hyderabad (less than *Km) on **/**/**** through NO BROKER PACKERS AND MOVERS. As requested by the tele-caller, provided all inventory details & they suggested me to select DCM truck accordingly booking confirmed.

But, during shifting time i.e., on **/**/**** i surprised to see mahindra maxi truck instead of swaraj mazda DCM truck, due to this my total time got wasted, done multiple trips for shifting & site team forcely collected high amount of tips (₹***)

Agreed for un-installation and installation of *cots, due to lack of appropriate tools, site team unable to do for one cot,

Agreed for un-installation of Aquaguard & TV unit due to lack of appropriate tools, site team unable to do,

Site team not supported while I'm engaging external technicians for completion of aforementioned balance works, which were supposed to done by their team by default. Also incurred extra ₹**** bucks for me to accomplishing the pending works due to your their attitude.

Agreed for A/C installation and un-installation but technician demanded me to pay (₹****).

Pursuant to above, I tried to connect dedicated movement manager assigned exclusively for this job but he denied to answer my call. Again I tried but no use till date.

Later, raised complaint to their internal customer support cell. Registered complaint through email on **/**/****. Grievance officer Mr. Prashanth Chand patak replied that we will check & revert you. After that multiple times sent reminders but no use.

Hence approaching voxya team for financial justification.
