IN JULY I HV REGISTER COMPLAINT TO AIRTEL POSTPAID FOR POOR INTERNET SPEED
THEY SAY THEY HAVE FASTEST INTERNET SERVICE BUT I M GETTING PATHETIC INTERNET SERVICE
NOW TILL DATE MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED FOR MY DATA CARD NO. **********. TODAY WHEN I HAVE COMPLAINED AGAIN THEY ARE SAYING WE ARE WORKING IN YOUR AREA WAIT FOR MORE *-* MONTHS. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHEN I M PAYING FULL AMOUNT AS PER MY BILL & I STILL DONT GET PROPER SERVICE THEN WHATS THE USE OF PAYING MY BILL I NEED REFUND OF MY MONTHLY BILL FOR PAST * MONTHS FROM AIRTEL FOR PROVIDING PATHETIC SPEED. TILL DATE MY COMPLAINT IS REGISTER WITH AIRTEL & COMPLAINED IS ON HOLD & NO ANY PROPER SOLUTION IS PROVIDED.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
