Gionee - Poor customer support with no repairing of phone

I'm writing this regarding my pathetic experience with the customer support.
I have submitted my phone for repair last month on *th Jan ****, and it's been a month I haven't received any response. Everytime I call the customer support, I'm advised to wait for ** more days.
Now after waiting for a month, I am writing this in hope for some solution.
