I had given my Gionee A* to the service centre in Agra which was having the hanging issue on date **/**/**** with job sheet no gc**********. It has been two months and I have not got my phone yet. I called on the call centre number many times and every time they say that you will get your phone within ten days. I never expected such a poor service from a company like Gionee. I am really got exhausted making calls to call centre so I request you to please help me in getting my phone as soon as possible. Job sheet no GC**********.
