Sir,
I am Arindam Bera S/o. Lt. Barendra Nath Bera , residing at Vill + Po – Dhandalibar Ps. – Marishda, Dist. – Purba Medinipur, Pin – ******.
I inform you with sorrowfully that I was provided my Gionee Mobile bearing Model : C F*** pro, M_ IMEI: *************** & S_IMEI: *************** at Gionee Care which is situated at Central Bus Stand (At – Jalalkhanbar , Contai, Purba Medinipur, Pin – ******) owner name Mr Rajesh, his contact No. **********, to repair last **th month ago. I was frequently attended as per his advice to get my mobile phone but unfortunately he was delay to repair it. At last on **/**//**** he was declared that he was unable to repair. If I pay in advance of Rs. ****/- he is able to repair it. At last I withdraw my mobile phone from this Gionee Care.
I produce this mobile phone nearest technician to repair it . He acknowledge me that IC part & other important parts of my mobile phone was removed by Gionee Care.
I am puzzled & surprised. Therefore I requested you please take the complaint. Please defend to customers.
