this is my second complaint about an e commerce company named www.amazon.in. this is the worst company e commerce company. i had placed an order back for a dvd for the movie named dangal in march which was supposed to be delivered in ** days or so now after nearly * months they have dispatched the dvd but in a different language tamil apparently they could not keep their promise so they changed the language to agitate the customer. To express my disappointment i called and the call was answered by some alisha who was helpless when asked for a supervisor a very unprofessional rude and interruptive chap named kartik came to the phone claiming to be a supervisor who instead of being helpful and polite was just impossible to handle. I asked for his supervisor and he straightway refused and hung up the call on me. i request you to look into the matter very seriously and teach such companies a lesson. they have been holding my money for the last three months and then yelling at me. It is just not acceptable. they are selling this product through star seller .
