Nobroker Com - Poor Customer Service

I had taken complete new property services from no broker starting from property search, legal services, Property registration services, Home loan, Interiors as well. My experience with Home loan team and Interior team has been pathetic.
*. Home Loan team had taken my legal documents of the property (Hard copies - xerox) for legal verification and confirmed they will return post verification but failed to do. I had spent **** to get the hard copies printed which rolled up to big * books. My property was registered on Dec *th **** and still my legal documents are not returned even after multiple followups
*. I had taken interior services from NB, they promised me that they will provide warranty confirmation once the work is completed and payment is made and after making the payment of weeks time still i have not received the warranty details shared with me. Also, the quality of the output especially the finishing of the interior work is not upto the mark and it is looks very bad. I had spent close to * Lakhs for the interiors and part of the interior work finishing is not good at all.
