I purchased Hindware Desert coolers last year **-April-****, this year I raised a case with Hindware call center on **th-april-****, my cooler is not working. Still I have not got any positive response from Hindware CS team.
I already have called multiple times in call center and CS team. Nobody takes against the case number mentioned below.

Please suggest us how to file a case in Case consumer form.
