I have purchased my double black and after that I have booked flight for which I inquire about refund .
It was replied by mmt executive that I will be charged penalty for refund and closed my concern
Could not able to call as coustermer support no as not user friendly .call ended after ** minutes of hold .I have paid for *** % refund .I have journey on **july but want to change.Request mat to solve my problem immediately.Very poor support no one contact me and they just close my concern
