We have booked a trip with MakeMyTrip. The cab service provided is horrible. Cab driver literally spoiled our holidays. We had to engage new cab locally even after paying money to MakeMyTrip. I have lodged a complaint with MakeMyTrip also. Very bad service I received. Their cab agency is Cholan Tours. Pathetic service.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
