Recently, my family and I narrowly escaped an accident caused by the poor build quality and faulty design of your refrigerator. The body of the door has been deteriorating, particularly around the lock area, resulting in the door suddenly falling off.

Since the door features a glass-mounted design, shards of glass struck my child and wife, who were standing near the refrigerator when the incident occurred. This is an extremely dangerous situation that could have resulted in severe injuries.

I kindly request that your company acknowledges the subpar quality of the product and takes full responsibility for the situation. I believe it is necessary to provide adequate repair support or a replacement in accordance with the provisions outlined in the Consumer Protection Act of ****, specifically the "Right to Redressal" and "Right to Compensation" sections.
