Haier refrigerator - Illegal demand for replacement of compressor within warranty period

I purchased a refrigerator of Haier * in * convertible BMR on **.**.****. A problem was seen on **.**.**** . Then the matter was informed. An unskilled technician was sent from Mondal Trading (Baruipur). He damaged a circuit board and claimed ****rupees for new circuit board . I paid the sum.
But he failed to repair .Anotherr technician was sent for that purpose. He examined and confirmed that the compressor was damaged. He demanded **** rupees for gas charging . I refused this proposal because it was within warranty period .
