My AC was not cooling properly, so I booked technician visit from Urban Company. The technician visited on May *, ****. The technician did some repair work and refilled the gas. Few days later the cooling dipped. So, on June *, ****, I booked a revisit under warranty. The same technician visited, inspected the unit and said that the cooling was proper. The current reading was around *.* A. I requested the technician to check the temperatures using a thermometer. He said he doesn't have one. He left saying that the cooling is okay. Since the cooling continued to be improper, next day I booked another revisit. The technician arrived on June *. He took the gas pressure reading. It was ** psi which should be between ** psi to ** psi. I requested to refill the gas, but he refused and left. I raised a request to Urban Company to look into this matter, but they said that the unit is outside warranty and refused to do anything. It is very disappointing that an issue which was raised during the warranty period is not being resolved. If Urban Company doesn't want to resolve the issue then I want my money back.
